I have lived in and around Essex for four years and often visit the library with my children, and am so excited to now be able to contribute to the community in a new way!
My background is in language and culture education. Most recently, I have been designing and coordinating programs that allow students of all ages to explore Chinese language and culture through travel, online exchange, and hands-on projects. I hope to be able to use my experience in educational programming to offer new opportunities for engagement and learning at the library.
