Directions to Essex From the South
From Northway I87, take exit 31.
Turn right off the ramp and take your first left (see signs for the Ferry)
Follow NYS Rt. 22 into the Town of Essex (about 12 minutes from the Northway exit)
The Belden Noble Memorial Library is directly across the street from the ferry dock.

Directions to Essex From the North
From Northway I87, take exit 33.
Turn left off the ramp and continue straight onto NYS Rt. 22.
Follow NYS Rt. 22 into the Town of Essex (about 12 minutes from the Northway exit)

Directions to Essex From Vermont
Take U.S. 7 to Ferry Rd. (F-5) in Charlotte; follow signs, 3 miles to ferry.
Cross Lake Champlain on the Ferry.
