The Belden Noble Memorial Library is 125 Years Old This Year!
We will celebrate with an ANNIVERSARY
AUCTION on Saturday, July 13, from 3:00—6:00 PM, at the Essex Theater in the Masonic Lodge across the street from the library. It will be both a silent and live auction with our good neighbor Wayne Bailey at the mic as auctioneer, ensuring a fun fundraiser. We are both celebrating our anniversary and preparing to get our beloved library back in shape, following the tree disaster in September.

The library board has been busy sending out letters of request to many, many potential donors both far and near. We are aiming for dozens of goods and services. Can you contribute? Perhaps offer your services stacking a woodpile; or maybe digging out an offering from that closet/drawer of good gifts at home; or an antique?
We have set up a page on our Website showing the items we will have up for auction at the event. Please visit essexlibrary.org/auction and note that new items will be added as they arrive so check the page often. We hope to add your donation to this list! This program is free to attend and refreshments will be served.
Call Sally (Auction Organizer) at 518-837-1800 with your donation information, or stop in the library to fill out a donation form, and she will contact you. COMMUNITY SPIRIT will make this event a success. Please join us!
